120g of defrosted Sainsbury’s frozen blueberries and strawberries 42 calories blended together with a small banana 72 calories and topped up with 100ml of Lidl Vitafit apple juice 42 calories, with a Kellogg’s Special K double milk chocolate cereal bar 80 calories

Yum! Smoothies are delicious, I love this one. Definitely a favourite!

This used to be my favourite pre-exercise breakfast but I haven’t had it in ages so it was really good to have it again today 🙂 yum!

Smoothies make a great breakfast! This is the first time I made one with cherries and it was really nice! I always have a cereal bar when I have a smoothie to make it a bit more filling.

Although it is long run time, I have mixed my workout up a bit and am going to bootcamp instead this morning… Exciting! I will be running there though! So instead of my usual saturday morning breakfast of muesli, I opted for a lighter smoothie and cereal bar, and. Have less time to digest it too as I am setting off at 8 and only had breakfast at 7!

The breakfast smoothie is one of my favourite breakfasts :). I am going for a run or to the gym (depending on the weather) when my breakfast has settled and this breakfast gives me the energy I need whilst not been over facing or too filling before a workout!
