This makes a great lunch. It is a great dish to freeze and heats up really quickly. Great atop a mini naan 🙂

This was very summery 🙂 I love strawberries and they were delicious mixed with Greek yogurt and jam!

I had this a couple of weeks ago for lunch on a Saturday and froze the rest. It freezes and microwaves really well and was definitely just as good the second time. A fantastic lunch. I really enjoyed it 🙂 yum!

Mmmm this is so good! If you haven’t tried it yet, you should! Simple and quick and easy to make as well – as long as you remember to defrost your cherries – and it’s as good as any dessert.
