40g of Sainsbury’s Scotch porridge oats 148 calories mixed with 25g of Sainsbury’s Californian seedless raisins 72 calories and 100ml of Lidl Vitafit apple juice 42 calories left to stew overnight and then topped with 50g of Lidl Eridanous low fat 2% Greek yogurt 30 calories and 80g of defrosted Sainsbury’s Black Forest frozen fruits 31 calories

Tesco apple and blackcurrant fruit splash 13 calories

Total = 336 calories

This is such a great breakfast. Everytime I have it I really enjoy it. So refreshing, yet filling and perfect for after a morning run!
