This was left over from tea last night. It is actually supposed to be eaten cold and it was really good again :). Makes a great lunch!!

I have never eaten these frozen before but they were really good, like frozen grapes. I will eat these frozen again 🙂

I had this a couple of weeks ago for lunch on a Saturday and froze the rest. It freezes and microwaves really well and was definitely just as good the second time. A fantastic lunch. I really enjoyed it 🙂 yum!

Half a sachet (5g) of Options cracking hazelnut hot chocolate mix 20 calories mixed together with 50g of Lidl Eridanous low fat 2% Greek yogurt 30 calories and topped with 80g of defrosted Sainsbury’s frozen dark sweet cherries 42 calories

Mmmm this is so good! If you haven’t tried it yet, you should! Simple and quick and easy to make as well – as long as you remember to defrost your cherries – and it’s as good as any dessert.

One of my favourite lunches. I love this rice salad and it is so good for you.

Still my favourite yogurts! The cherry is creeping up in my estimations. I don’t know whether I prefer this or the blueberry now. The passionfruit one still wins though!

One of my favourite lunches. Love this! And it freezes brilliantly.

And one of my favourite after lunch treats. I can’t believe how different a bit of hot chocolate powder makes the Greek yogurt taste but it is really good. And tastes delicious with cherries!

Smoothies make a great breakfast! This is the first time I made one with cherries and it was really nice! I always have a cereal bar when I have a smoothie to make it a bit more filling.

I love this one-pot. It’s really good. This was the first time I have had it defrosted though and reheated and it was really good. It didn’t take long to reheat and tasted just the same as before. It is a great portion size too as, for some reason, I am really hungry today. The cherries and yogurt was really good after lunch too 🙂
