This is such a great breakfast. Everytime I have it I really enjoy it. So refreshing, yet filling and perfect for after a morning run!

I love these scones. They are so soft and fluffy and melt in the mouth. Mmmm.

A great breakfast. Refreshing and summery but filling! All the flavours just work really well together

Ham, pepper and cheese omelette (based on the BBC Good Food skinny pepper, tomato and ham omelette – http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1507665/skinny-pepper-tomato-and-ham-omelette) – half of a red bell pepper 15 calories cooked over a medium heat for a couple of minutes, then add two large eggs 205 calories and cook until they are pretty much set, then add one slice of Tesco honey roast ram 36 calories and 10g of Cathedral City mature yet mellow cheddar cheese 42 calories, fold in half and serve with 25g of Tesco watercress 6 calories and 5 cherry tomatoes 15 calories

80g of defrosted Sainsbury’s Black Forest frozen fruits 31 calories with 50g of Lidl Eridanous low fat 2% Greek yogurt 30 calories

Two cans of diet coke 2 calories

Total = 382 calories

This was my first attempt at making an omelette and I was really proud of myself because it was really good :). I will definitely be making one again! Great, high protein lunch for after a long run. Now roll on fajitas for tea 🙂
