Breakfast – 16/06


75g of Lidl Eridanous low fat 2% Greek yogurt 30 calories mashed together with 80g of Sainsbury’s frozen Black Forest fruits 31 calories and 10g of Sainsbury’s basics clear honey 34 calories

250ml of Robinsons no added sugar apple and blackcurrant squash 5 calories

Total = 114 calories

This is one of my favourite Sunday breakfasts when I don’t do any exercise! Mmmm like frozen fruit ice cream, but healthy…
